Rohan, a spirited 16-year-old student from Mumbai, had always felt the drive to make a difference but struggled to find the right outlet for his ambitions. When he heard about the Lifology Youth Ambassador program from his school counsellor, he knew this was his chance to step into a role that could transform not just his future but also that of his peers.
The program brings together students aged 13 to 19 from various backgrounds, providing them a year-long journey of growth and learning. Divided into groups, these young ambassadors take on quarterly projects focused on career management, receiving guidance from some of the world’s most respected minds. Expert psychologists and renowned ‘Lifologists’ mentor these students, helping them delve into various domains ranging from environmental sustainability to technological innovation.
Rohan and his peers received regular mentorship from leaders at global organizations such as the United Nations and NASA, and from alumni of prestigious institutions like Harvard and the London School of Economics. This exposure not only broadened their horizons but also instilled a deep sense of responsibility and ambition.
As part of the program, Rohan organized several community events, including career fairs and environmental awareness campaigns. These events not only served as practical applications of his learning but also as platforms to empower other students. His most impactful project was leading a “Green Careers” seminar, which introduced sustainable career paths to over 200 students in his city, aligning his passion for the environment with his leadership skills.
Beyond the tangible outcomes of their projects, the ambassadors received unparalleled benefits. They had full access to the Lifology Educational Ecosystem, which included free masterclasses from international experts and networking opportunities with thought leaders across various fields.
